    Q: Referral Program / Refer a Friend
    When I recommend FASO to a fellow artist, do you offer any kind of a referral program?

    A: We offer a program called 'Refer a Friend'. When you refer a friend, once your friend becomes a paying member, you earn a free month of service.

    To refer a friend:
    -Login to your FASO Control Panel
    -Click 'Refer a Friend' button (top left)
    (or click 'Get a FREE month' -bottom of left-hand column)
    -Choose the way you would like to invite your friend and follow the steps

    To view your referrals:
    -from FASO Control Panel
    -Click 'Refer a Friend' button - upper left, or click 'Get a FREE month' - bottom left
    -Click 'View Your Referrals' (blue link on left)

    The crediting of your account is automated. The credit will be added to your account within 2-4 weeks after your friend has ACTIVATED their account (meaning the first bill has been paid, whether early-activated or at the end of their trial period).

    If you refer someone but did not use the automated system, provide us with their name(s). We'll review the referral prior to manually adding them as your referral.

    How can I see my billing history?

    A: 1. Login to your Control Panel
    2. Click the $ Billing icon in the upper row for Billing

    - You'll see your next payment date and amount here -

    3. Click 'View Past Charges' (near bottom of screen)

    When Will I be Billed?

    A: If you have already subscribed to one of the hosting plans and have submitted your credit card information, you will automatically be billed on the same day of every month.

    How do I update/change my Credit Card Info?

    A: You can change your credit card info at any time by:

    1. logging in to your Control Panel
    2. click on BILLING INFORMATION
    3. click 'Change My Credit Card Info'
    4. make the updates
    5. Click Submit

    Q: Is there any discount for an additional website?
    I would like to create a second website. Is there any special discount?



    A: We offer a 20% discount for a second site. That is predicated upon the second site being for the same artist's work, administered by the same person, and not requiring any special handling from our side.

    The discount only applies to our Gold Plan membership level or higher.
