Artist Sally LaBore

An example of fine art by Sally LaBore

Photo of Sally LaBore

My interest in art began when I moved to Sheridan, Wyoming in 1972.  I began by taking private lessons from well known local artist, Phyliss Wyatt, and continued with workshops from artists, Bill Wright, Geoff Parker, Ned Jacobs, Danna Hildebrand, and Phillipe Faraut (portrait sculpture). For the last three years I have done the Adams State College watercolor workshop in Taos, NM.  I have been enrolled in Northern Wyoming Community College and continue with my formal education. I work in both watercolor and oil.
I love the outdoors, as you can see by my paintings and I try to bring to the viewer a sense of the beauty  I experience in my outdoor adventures.
