The Artist Says:

Be fearless! It's just a piece of canvas or paper. If you mess it up, so what? You learn something new every time you sketch and paint. Just turn it to the wall for a day or so, or throw some more paint at it. You never know what may happen!

I'm an impressionist working in acrylic, oil, pastel, and watercolor.  Light, shadow, and noticing everyday things inspire me. I find beauty everywhere, even in the most mundane places. Seeing beauty and then creating paintings that draw the viewer in is my goal. I paint outside frequently, sketch daily, and use those studies for larger studio work. I happily accept commissions and also have limited edition prints of my work for sale.  Please check out my blog and sign up for my newsletter. There is a lot of information in both.
