I received formal training in Fine Art, Advertising, and Illustration at Hussian School of Art in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. (www.hussiancollege.edu). I graduated from Hussian with an Advertising/Fine Arts degree in 1990 and set up a studio in my parents home to pursue his dream of becoming a professional artist.
I first found inspiration in sports. Creating oil paintings of classic ballparks; Connie Mack Stadium, The original Yankee Stadium, Ebbets Field, and Fenway Park were my first published paintings, which are available in open edition prints.
Then my love for the landscape took over. Original landscapes in oil on canvas that have a soft, romantic quality that capture a moment in time. My inspiration comes from the beautiful scenery of Bucks and Montgomery County, whereI grew up. My style is influenced by the Dutch Masters with a touch of my own creativity. I try to create a mood with the use of contrasting color and strong light.

The painting has been licensed by Major League Baseball and prints can be purchased at www.legendarysportsprints.com. The original measures 36”x24” and recently was auctioned off at www.goldinauctions.com and sold for $9600.00. For you St. Louis Cardinals fans, I have captured the 2011 Cardinals World Series win on canvas as well; which is also licensed with prints that can be purchased.
In addition to my fine art, I bring my talent to the ceilings, walls, floors, and furniture to private homes, and restaurants with my decorative painting business. Decorative finishes from glazing to old [...]
