An example of fine art by June Cade

Photo of June Cade

Born in Madill, Oklahoma, June is mostly self-taught but attended the Dallas Art Institute in the early 1950's. Her education was greatly enhanced through her travels to Europe, Israel, Canada, etc. She enjoys visits to museums in the states whenever possible.
Since her youth, June has been interested in art and has been painting professionally in oils for more than 50 years. She taught private art lessons for 25 years, but June now spends most of her time painting for private collections and art shows. June is married to her husband, Norman, and together they have three children and three grandchildren. Norman is a rancher and farmer and has managed large working farms and ranches in six states across the Southwest, lending inspiration to June's art. Their children have always been supportive in all her art endeavors. June has painted mostly animals, in particular wildlife over the past decade, but still paints portraits, still life, Native American, western, and occasional landscapes. Her work can be found in many private and corporate collections throughout the United States and parts of Europe.
