Biography
I have been drawing all my life, it wasn't until college that I discovered my true love, painting. I graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree with a minor in Art History in 1991.
Beginning an abstract painting I enjoy having the paint flow and the colors mingle. Then as the intuitive creator, I am also the interpreter and guide until the piece is finished.
When painting animals, the pure joy of their creation keeps me fixated. I choose colors that feel right to me, seeing animals my way, or how they could be.
