I have been a practicing artist as long as I can remember.    My earliest memory is at the age of 3... drawing in my bedroom and losing myself in my fantasies. I used that experience to help grade school children learn to draw.   It seems they are expected to know how... why?...because they are kids.  I noticed some struggled with this expectation, so I used a basic teaching method to help them learn how to draw.  It was wonderful to see their confidence grow as they produced still lifes and portraits that were gallery quality. I am a self taught artist who has dabbled in everything from charcoal to pastel to acrylic but am now working mostly in oils .  My subject material was always portraits until I started a business as a muralist and faux painter.  I stretched myself by learning how to paint landscapes and architecture and am amazed at how much I like it. I can now say I am an International Aritst... I give all the glory to God for giving me this wonderful gift.  I am now retired from the “Artistic Wall” business I maintained for 11 years, and am working in my studio to develop that gift.  I sign all my work with Psalm 37:4 “Delight yourself in the Lord and He will give you the desires of your heart.”  He will and He is.....
