Biography
My passion throughout life has taken many forms: writing, photography, drawing, medicine, flowers, and colored glass. Now retired from medicine, I’m expressing my love of color through water-based media including watercolor, acrylic, mixed media, and pastel. I love sharing my adventures in nature and how I “see” the colors in the light and the shadows.
My inspiration is the beautiful Pacific NW where I've lived with my husband for 30 years. I love to hike, kayak, garden, play the ukulele, and spend time with our 2 grown daughters when I'm not in the studio. My life is filled with joy and I hope this comes through in my paintings!
