Find joy ... every day. This is what I live by. Moments of simple joy exist for everyone, every day, if only you are attentive. The warmth of the sun, a snuggle with your dog, the smile of your child. Hyperfocus on these and turn away from the negative. Painting is one of my joys as are the souls of flowers.
