Featherstone Arts is a complete Architectural Fine Arts Broker Gallery / Project Development firm located in Charlotte N.C.   Since 1986 Featherstone Arts has designed and competed major projects for large corporations and small business alike.  IBM, Bank of America, Holiday Inn Corporate, the University of North Carolina (system), and Paramount Corporation / Theme Parks Division to name just a few.  Featherstone Arts specializes in the finest original artwork, design and production of corporate special project logistics, on site project management, museum displays, museum quality historical restorations, custom architectural décor projects, original hand painted & reproduction canvas wallpaper murals, interior and exterior architectural signage and large scale museum display graphics. 
 
Ken Featherstone has a very accomplished career that started in 1977 in the U. S. Air Force.  Ken spent 3 1/2 years as a Combat Arms Specialist assigned to Special Operations Rapid Deployment Combat Teams.  In 1980 after being injured, Ken changed career fields working in several high level special duty assignments as an artist, designer and planning logistics director. 
 
In 1982 he was selected as a project director  to "Tops in Blue", U.S. Air Force Department of Entertainment.   A key designer of the 1985 Air Force, NFL’s Superbowl XIX half time show, Ken worked extensively with the NFL to finalize this major production.  In 1983 Ken worked with the original F-16 Air Force Thunderbirds Flight Team producing graphics and marketing artwork.  Ken was also selected as an artist member into the U.S. Air Force Art Collection, Washington D.C.  He was the first person ever allowed into this collection while serving on active duty and was personally recognized by the Secretary of the Air Force for this achievement.  Ken's original artwork has been selected into the National Archives, Washington, D.C., and can be found in private collections, universities, museums, and corporate headquarters [...]
