An example of fine art by Diane Klock

I am a self taught artist painting seriously about 20 years now. I currently live in New York City and also spend lots of time in  Litchfield CT.  I started painting in oils and have been fortunate to study with wonderful teachers who taught me necessary skills and sparked the desire to learn more.
I started painting in watercolor about 12 years ago and again have been blessed with a wonderful teacher who has inspired me to reach a new skill level. I have also become addicted to sketching over the last few years and now my motto has become " Keep your brush wet and your sketchbook by your side "
As I continue to grow as an artist I thank God for the opportunities He has given me and the wonderful teachers He has placed in my path. Those who have influenced me the most are Charles Sovek , Pat Weaver , Eric Wiegardt and most recently Gary Tucker , Andy Evansen, Vlad Yeliseyev and Grahame Booth. I am a signature member of the Central New York Watercolor Society and  The North East Watercolor Society .
God’s creation is an awesome gift to an artist and I am so grateful that He has placed a desire on my heart to paint the beauty of His creation.
