Drawing and painting has always been my passion. Oil painting now consumes my day. I prefer to work with oils on smooth wood panels. My work has been displayed in numerous shows and private collections, including a recent solo art show at the Bethlehem City Hall Rotunda, The Gallery at St. John's, and a feature in the Gallery Space section of Lehigh Valley Magazine. My professional memberships include being President of The Bethlehem Palette Club and member of the Lehigh Art Alliance.
     I live on a small farm in Emmaus, Pennsylvania surrounded by the things I love. Summers are spent at our cottage in Seaside Park, New Jersey where my family has vacationed for generations. Formal art training began in seventh grade under Muriel Griffith of Bethlehem, Pa. and continues today with Douglas Wiltraut. I graduated from Kutztown University in 1973. Watercolor became my love after studying the technique under Ray DiJohn of Chadds Ford, Pa. My career slowly evolved into the graphic design field. I still provide free-lance design services to several clients, including Lehigh University. I have also decided to teach two small classes each week throughout the year.
