Biography
I was born and grew up in Miami, Florida and currently live in Atlanta, Georgia with my loving & supportive husband where I work out of my home studio. I have four children and five grandchildren.
Since I was a young child, I have had a love for art and creativity in many genres. I owe everything to God, who gifted me with the ability to create with my hands. Three decades ago, Jesus Christ came into my life, rescued me from a life of darkness, changed me, and opened my eyes to see life from a different perspective. My heart, my hope, and my prayer is to make beautiful art to the best of my God given ability for the honor, glory and praise to His name alone!
I paint many different subjects and styles, ranging from representational to mixed-media and abstracts. Currently, I prefer painting in oil, but I also paint in acrylic. I'm intrigued by the play of light and it's effect on the subject. My paintings are an overflow of my faith, pointing to virtue, beauty & truth…bearing witness to God, the author of everything beautiful.
