Biography

With a classic art education from the University of Detroit, Chris Witkowski has made great use of her academic foundation as a fine artist and illustrator. She brings her love of color and the ability to render the mysteries of light to all of her work. The natural beauty of the western landscape and seashore continue to be the catalyst for her art.  The abundance of its gardens, farms and vineyards have supplied inspiration for numerous paintings and illustrations. Her illustration clients find she can intuit their vision and translate it into imagery that best supports their mission. Chris' paintings are in collections throughout the United States, Japan and Europe. She now resides in Port Townsend, Washington.
