Biography


 
The Arts Alive Gallery is a cooperative gallery managed by the Summit County Arts Council. It is located at 101 Main St, across from the Historic Park at the west end of Main Street in Frisco. Arts Alive features the work of local artists with an eclectic mix ranging from watercolor, oil and acrylic painting to ceramics, photography, fiber arts and jewelry. The gallery is operated by the artists who display their work in the gallery.  Local scenery and wildlife predominates with many unique pieces that you cannot find elsewhere.

Love Notes
Create and send a Love Note to a teacher. A unique way to recognize the amazing contributions by our teachers especially during the pandemic.  Watch this 9News video detailing our Love Notes program:

How to Apply as a Member Artist in the Gallery
You are welcomed to submit artwork for jurying into the Arts Alive Gallery. Accepted artists pay dues of $250 per year if accepted as a Resident artist, prorated if you join mid year. Artists who prefer to join on a trial basis may do so for a six month period with no dues, but at a higher split. The dues include membership into the Summit County Arts Council.  We also have a four month invited guest artist program for the winter and summer seasons only.  You can download the application here.
