Artist Jeanne Rogers

An example of fine art by Jeanne Rogers

Photo of Jeanne Rogers

Freedom is the quintessential element in painting for this Boise, Idaho, artist whose abstract style combines color and energy to create works that show deep reverential respect for the natural world.
A skilled painter with an M.F.A. from Eastern Washington University, Jeanne has exhibited her award-winning art throughout the Pacific Northwest. She feels honored to have studied with teachers such as Phil Sylvester, William Parks, Tom Askman, Judi Betts, Irwin Caplin, Duane Light, Deanne Lemley, Christopher Schink, and Val Persoon.
Color, in energy so pure it’s like you are the rock, the field, the flowers.
Rogers sees the form behind forms.
Barbara Richardson, author of the novel Guest House
