Discuss: some folks can't see images in newsletter

 | cahillegas: One of my subscribers can't see the images in my email newsletter. What could be causing this? She mentioned that she used Google Chrome, not internet explorer. Could this be the reason? Anyway to fix this?

Actually, internet explorer is the worst browser out there...Chrome and Mozilla FireFox are what we recommend.
If someone isn't seeing your images, it probably lies within a setting of their email program. Make sure they've allowed images and HTML in their email program.
I can't give more specific instructions due to the amount of email programs out there - she'll have to take it up with her provider.
