Discuss: how to put my paintings in categories on my works page.

maggi: First of all, thanks for all your help....I can't figure how to put my
paintings into categories like landscapes, florals, etc. ...also somehow
I got two works buttons on my main page...how could I delete one of them?
Maybe someday I will get things figured out and won't have to bug you so much..

No worries - that's what the forum is for...to get help when you need it. Also, you can always open a ticket with support via your control panel.

Here's a tutorial on how to group your artwork into collections. It's not difficult but there are a few steps involved. I say print it out and check things off as you do them. http://faso.com/faq.asp?CATE=19#1
As for removing a category from your navigation bar:
Control panel
edit navigation bar
in the category you want to remove, click the drop down and select none
hit submit

Thanks, I did print the info and understand but I have put in two categories, landscapes and florals but I think with the gold plan I should be able to
put in four and it won't let me put in any more...it will not let me type anymore in...thanks so much.

Janis,

You can have as many collections as you'd like.

If it's not letting you, you'll need to open a ticket with support and have them help you.

Control Panel
Click the question mark in the upper right corner (says Get Help if you hover over it)
Open New Ticket
This is the best option as it emails tech support immediately.
Enter your question and click submit
