Artist Timothy Rees notes that he has always had an affinity for drawing. That natural love for drawing eventually developed into a strong interest in painting realism. Rees found inspiration in what he describes as "elegant and moody" figures paintings -- which spurred him too seek out, and study with, Jeremy Lipking at the Scottsdale Artist School.
