Some have come around weeks or months after the class. They have apologized from the bottom of their hearts. Often it turns out they were in a hard place in their life, which spilled over into the class. They tell me the class—and my attitude—helped them in more ways than they imagined. Perhaps just by someone being kind? I dunno. I do know I would have regretting getting snippy with someone who (I found out later) had just lost their job, their mother, or their marriage!
