Your suggestions are excellent. The internet is so invasive in our lives, we need to learn how to filter it or it truly takes over. It came up on us so fast that without structure(as you suggest) we lack the ability to limit our exposure to it.

You're right, when I go to Italy, I spend maybe 15 minutes a day tops on a computer. That's really all that is necessary! I CAN remember a life without the computer. On the other hand, with structure, we can use the thing to our own profit.
