Collectors Say:
"Your own work is such an inspiration and your willingness to let us tackle difficult tasks that let us stretch is commendable."
I am very happy with you as a teacher. You are kind and gentle. Your spirit is such a joy that it is contagious and your way of looking at things is helping me adjust a negative part of me."
Other Artists Say:
" Thank you so much for yesterday. I am really enjoying getting to know you better. You make me feel more comfortable when I am painting than any other teacher I have ever had. And, I appreciate your extended kindness to my friend, Mary.
“Fine art is that in which the hand, the head, and the heart of man go together.” .....John Ruskin
“The sweet companionable presence; the austere Demeanor, hiding a rich heart; the glance, Intense and penetrant, that says a soul is here.”........Richard Watson Gilder
Biography
I paint expressive, impressionist landscapes in a wide range of sizes in oil. Through the visual language of my brushstrokes, I strive to capture beautiful light and the abstract patterns and shapes of nature. When viewers look at my paintings I want them to feel that they are looking at something that is exceptionally well done, beautiful and makes them feel good. I put the love and emotions I feel toward the subject into my paintings and guide the viewer through the canvas with light.
Artist statement:
“Each painting begins with inspiration followed by an intent for what I want to express with paint. Sometimes the intent is simply to capture the essence of the subject. Other paintings I allow to evolve, like a journey as I work. During the finishing process, I focus on my initial inspiration as this is the heart of the painting and often the focus of light. My goal is to create an impressionistic work of art that emotionally connects the viewer directly to nature, rather than an exacting portrait of the subject. When painting, I use all of my senses, my memories and years of keen observation. I'm fascinated by nature's light, color, textures, rhythm and patterns. I want to share my unique artistic vision with my viewers. This journey is the magic of my art.”

"Clint Watson has made it very easy for artists to bring their work to the public.
Obviously the internet is an important marketing component for the artist.
For a luddite like me FASO is the way to go.
There is always a support team available, we get to talk to real people to solve our web site needs.
I don't have the skills or time to develop a website. I should paint not spend time on a computer."
"A website is one of the most valuable tools to market paintings for artists of our time.
I recommend FASO to every artist who is still struggling with all the difficulties in creating and maintaining their website.
FASO is so well designed it will show your paintings professionally while still being extremely user friendly.
I feel bad for all the artists not using FASO yet."
"My art career has really been growing by leaps and bounds since I've been doing more with the website.
So thanks for dragging me into the high tech world kicking and screaming. Now all I need is a secretary"
